ResponderScout may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, account information, department information, training information, provider information, and information submitted through forms on the platform.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical information, and interactions with the platform.

We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve ResponderScout; provide accounts and platform features; display training listings; support training providers; respond to questions; understand platform usage; prevent abuse; and communicate about ResponderScout.

Information submitted for public training listings or public provider profiles may be displayed publicly on ResponderScout. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information in fields intended for public display.

ResponderScout may use third-party service providers for functions such as website hosting, database services, authentication, analytics, mapping, email, and other technical operations. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

ResponderScout and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and platform functionality.

ResponderScout does not sell personal information as part of its current business model. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, when you direct or authorize us to share it, when information is intentionally submitted for public display, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or protect the security of the platform.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet service, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, provide requested services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

You may contact ResponderScout to ask questions about personal information associated with your use of the platform or to request reasonable account-related changes, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

ResponderScout is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we may take reasonable steps to remove it.

Job submitters provide hiring organization information and official application links. Published job details are visible publicly. Recruiter account contact addresses, payment records, and non-public moderation notes are accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers needed to operate those functions. Job applications and resumes are handled directly by the employer, not collected through ResponderScout's jobs directory.

When an organization chooses optional paid promotion, Stripe may process payment details and share necessary transaction references and payment status with ResponderScout. We do not store full card details in our job listings database. Support requests include the email address associated with the requesting account, category, description, processing status, and optional internal support notes. These records are used to respond, prevent abuse, operate the service and resolve disputes.

Enterprise Intelligence products are intended to use aggregated activity signals, with data minimized and restricted to avoid exposing an individual responder. ResponderScout does not sell individual responder personal records as an analytics product. Contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention requests, subject to applicable legal requirements.
