By accessing or using ResponderScout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

ResponderScout is a training discovery and information platform designed to help first responders locate training opportunities and help training providers make their opportunities easier to find.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ResponderScout is not the organization conducting, certifying, approving, or delivering a listed course.

Training information may be submitted by providers, users, or gathered from publicly available sources. Listings may change, become unavailable, contain errors, or become outdated.

Users are responsible for verifying dates, locations, costs, prerequisites, availability, certification, continuing education eligibility, and registration requirements directly with the applicable training provider before relying on a listing.

Unless ResponderScout expressly states otherwise for a particular service, course registration, payment, cancellation, refunds, attendance, and course delivery are matters between the user and the applicable training provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be reasonably accurate and must not impersonate another person or organization.

By submitting training or provider information, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and grant ResponderScout permission to display, format, organize, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the ResponderScout platform.

You may not use ResponderScout to submit knowingly false or misleading information, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, abuse platform functionality, impersonate another organization, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

The ResponderScout name, branding, original website design, software, organization, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to ResponderScout LLC except where otherwise indicated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ResponderScout intellectual property.

ResponderScout may link to training providers, registration systems, organizations, or other third-party websites. ResponderScout does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, transactions, or practices.

A listing on ResponderScout does not by itself mean that a course is accredited, certified, approved by a particular agency, eligible for continuing education credit, or accepted by an employer, department, licensing body, or certification organization.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features or content as ResponderScout develops. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, ResponderScout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResponderScout LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on training information, third-party services, or provider information.

These Terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use of ResponderScout after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
