Brief Description Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator 1A: Driver/Operator (2024) Full Description This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform preventive maintenance on and drive or operate a fire apparatus. Topics include routine tests, inspections, and servicing functions; operating, backing, maneuvering, and turning a fire apparatus under a variety of conditions; and operating all fixed systems and equipment on a fire apparatus.
