Eligibility & Requirements
In-date Mod 4 compliant award. Maintained CPD recorded as per FRCO, which is 12 hours over 2 sessions annually, with 6 hours in class 2/B or C water as a minimum, and no training gaps exceeding 9 months. If there are any concerns of CPD being lacking, re-doing the 4 day initial course is recommended as this will ensure compliance for only 1 additional days training. Age 18+. Delegates must be fit for this physically demanding course requiring the ability to swim in water PPE and self-recover into an inflatable craft. The previous knowledge stated above is a strict requirement.
